Stone Gate Lake is a 50-ACRE, private, sand bottom lake a couple blocks away from Castle Rock Lake. Stone Gate Lake is a swimming, fishing, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, boating (electric motors only), and numerous other water activities lake. Stone Gate Lake has a maximum depth of 22’ to 24’. Stone Gate Lake is completed surrounded by sand beach. Stone Gate Lake has it’s own private boat launch for Stone Gate Lake owners only.
Does Stone Gate Lake Have a Clubhouse?
Yes. The amenities include a 7,200 sq. ft. clubhouse with an INDOOR SWIMMING POOL, workout facility, hot tub, toddler pool, reception area and gathering area. Outdoor facilities include tennis courts, sand beach, sand volleyball court, golf putting green, trail network, basketball court, and playground. All the amenities are already built and in use.
