Castle Rock Lake is hands down the best lake in the Midwest.  We looked all over for a lake within 3-4 hours of Chicago.  Castle Rock is big, has a great mix of residential and commercial development, and is never crowded.  The boating on the lake is better than anywhere I have been. I would highly recommend buying there from Pavloski Waterfront Developments..
