Does Copper Point have amenities?

Yes. 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with an INDOOR WATERPARK, INDOOR SWIMMING POOL, workout facility, hot tub, toddler pool, indoor basketball court, and gathering area with a number of games (pool, air hockey, darts, etc).  Outdoor facilities include tennis courts, basketball court, sand beach, sand volleyball court, three separate 20-acre private lakes with sand beaches, golf putting green, trail network and playground.

Where is Copper Point located?
Copper Point is located just west of the Buckhorn bridge.

Are Copper Point lots sewered?
Yes.

Do Copper Point lots have municipal water?
No. Each lot has its own individual well.

Do I have access to Castle Rock Lake?
Yes, all lots have lake access.

Does each lot come with its own individual permanent boat slip?
Yes

If I buy a lot, can I use my own builder?
Yes, you can use your own builder.

What utilities are provided?
Sewer, electricity, telephone, Broadband internet and cable TV are available at lot lines.

How big is Castle Rock Lake?
Castle Rock Lake is the 4th biggest in Wisconsin. It is 17,000 acres.

Is there a must build clause?
No, there is not a must build clause on these lots. You do not have to build a home. You can simply hold the lot for investment or for future building.

Are the Roads paved?
Yes.

What restaurants and bars are near Copper Point?
Shipwreck, The Dirty Turtle, South Shore, and Pine Cove are all within a couple minutes by car or boat. Carlson’s Rustic Ridge and Splash are 15 minutes away by boat. Buckhorn Café, Cedar Springs, Woodbine, and Kozy’s Pizza are minutes away by car.

Is there a golf course nearby?
