Lakefront at High Ridge
If you have been to Castle Rock Lake, you have certainly been to or heard of the High Ridge. High Ridge is one of the best lakefront developments on the entire lake.
The natural rolling topography and mature oak ridges create a park-like setting that is unmatched. High Ridge sits on the southwest end of Castle Rock Lake. It abuts the Boy Scout Camp to the west and is located directly across from the Buckhorn State Park.
Phase 1 of High Ridge sold out in 2004. This is the first time since 2004 that new lakefront properties have been available at High Ridge. There are only 4 lakefront properties, 4 lakeview properties and 3 wooded properties available.
All lots come with a boat slip on Castle Rock Lake. All of the lakefronts and lakeviews provide for a walkout basement. These 4 lakefronts at High Ridge are some of the best lots on the entire lake.
