There are three types of lots available. All lots come with a permanent boat slip (boat parking) on Castle Rock Lake.

Waterfront Lots---Waterfront lots on Castle Rock Lake. Each of these lots has a permanent boat slip on Castle Rock Lake.

ClearWater Lake Lots—ClearWater Lake is a crystal clear, 20-acre, spring-fed, sand bottom lake within the Copper Point Development. It is across the street from Castle Rock Lake. Each of the lots has its own private sand beach and a perfect building site for a walkout basement. ClearWater Lake  is approximately 22-24 feet deep, completely sand bottomed and 100% surrounded by sand beach. ClearWater is perfect for swimming, small boats, fishing (rainbow trout, bass, panfish), canoeing, kayaking, and other water activities. In addition, each of these lots comes with a BOAT SLIP on Castle Rock Lake.

Hideaway Lake Lots—Hideaway Lake is a crystal clear, 3-acre, spring-fed, sand bottom lake within the Copper Point Development. It is across the street from Castle Rock Lake. There are only a total of 11 lots on Hideaway Lake. Each of the lots has its own private sand beach and a perfect building site for a walkout basement. Hideaway Lake is approximately 15 feet deep, completely sand bottomed and 100% surrounded by sand beach. Hideaway Lake is perfect for swimming, fishing (rainbow trout, bass, panfish), canoeing, kayaking, and other water activities. In addition, each of these lots comes with a BOAT SLIP on Castle Rock Lake. Boat slips are across the street near lots 52/53 and off the cul de sac near lot 62.
